Finding Your Form
Form is personal. Notes on alignment, adaptation and building a practice that fits your body.

There is no single perfect version of a movement. There is the version that is right for your body, today, with the experience you have.
Start where you are
Our instructors offer options throughout every class. Taking the simpler version is not stepping back — it is choosing the option that lets you move well.
Precision before progress
Learning how a movement should feel is the foundation for everything else. Once that is familiar, adding load, range or speed becomes far more natural.
Your form will change over time. That is the point. Finding it is an ongoing process, not a destination.
