A Better Kind of Routine
Routine does not have to mean rigid. Building a week of movement that bends with real life.

Routine has a reputation for being dull. But the best routines are less like rules and more like anchors — fixed points that give the rest of the week shape.
Choose your anchors
Pick two or three sessions that are non-negotiable, and let everything else stay flexible. A Tuesday reformer class and a Sunday flow can be enough to hold a week together.
Leave room
Weeks change. Travel, work and family will move things around. A good routine has space for that, without making you feel like you have failed.
The aim is not perfection. It is familiarity — a rhythm you recognise and want to return to.
